In our store, you don't have to worry about the selected size not fitting or not meeting your expectations in any way. Thanks to the integration of our store with cheap returns via InPost Parcel Lockers, you can shop without stress and fear that returning the purchased goods will be a hassle.

According to the applicable law, you have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason. So if the product does not meet your expectations, you can send it back to us within 14 days from the day of withdrawal from the contract. All returns in our store are handled by a very simple return wizard, which allows you to send the return package to us via InPost Parcel Locker.

1 Print the form Generate return documents along with address labels, and then print them.

2 Send the package Put the packed goods together with the return document into a box and seal it well.

3 Refund You will receive a refund within 14 days of us receiving the return.

Details about the return process steps:

Log in to your account, and then select the goods you want to return in the returns panel;
In the next steps, choose the return by clicking on the option "I will use store shipments" and selecting the form in which you want to receive the refunded money;
Generate the return documents along with the address labels, then print them and be sure to sign the return document;
Put the packed goods together with the return document into the shipping box and seal it well. You can use the box in which you received the ordered goods. Go to any InPost Parcel Locker, where you can send the package quickly and conveniently, 24/7. Remember that the package dimensions must not exceed 41 X 38 X 64 cm and the weight of 25 kg.
The refund, in the form selected in the return wizard, will be made within 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. Usually, it takes less time. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or until you provide proof of their return.

The above procedure is not a condition for exercising the statutory right of withdrawal from the contract and does not limit it in any way.

Restrictions on returns and exchanges:

Goods with visible signs of use or damage resulting from improper handling are not eligible for return or exchange. The seller reserves the right to refuse acceptance of such goods in accordance with applicable laws.
Goods made according to the consumer's specifications or with personalization (e.g., engraving, custom-made sets) are not subject to return or exchange, except in cases where the product has manufacturing defects.
